Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CollabVue ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. CollabVue is operated by DigiNhance, a sole proprietorship, and is available at collabvue.com. In these terms, "CollabVue", "we", "our" and "us" mean DigiNhance operating the CollabVue platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CollabVue. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Businesses must be legally registered or operating entities.

3. Account Types

CollabVue has two account types:

• Creator accounts – content creators who list their profiles free and receive collaboration inquiries from brands. Listing costs nothing; your profile becomes visible to brands once it is verified.
• Brand accounts – businesses that search for influencers and use connects to reveal contact information or send inquiries.

You may only hold one account per email address and per account type.

4. Creator listing and verification

Listing a creator profile is free. There is no listing fee, no subscription and nothing to renew. A profile appears in brand search only after it is verified, which means all of the following are true:

• the account email is confirmed
• the WhatsApp number is confirmed by OTP (this also gates whether brands can pay to reveal that number)
• ownership of the social handle is proven by a one-off code we issue, which the creator either sends us by direct message from that same account or places in the public bio for us to check; we verify it by hand and do not accept screenshots
• the profile is complete: photo, a bio of at least 80 characters, city, at least one niche, at least one platform with handle, self-reported follower count and URL, a rate per post, and at least one portfolio link
• the creator has confirmed their rate and availability within the last 90 days

Verification is earned, never purchased, and we do not sell a verified badge. If a creator does not re-confirm their rate within 90 days, the profile drops out of public search until they do. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.

5. Connects System

Brands use "connects" to reveal creator contact information or send inquiries. Connect costs scale based on the creator's self-reported follower count and the type of action (inquiry, email reveal, or phone reveal). The phone and WhatsApp reveal is only offered when that creator's number has been confirmed by OTP.

• Connects are non-refundable once used
• Unused connects in a purchased pack do not expire
• Every published price includes GST; nothing is added at checkout
• A brand's first connect pack purchase permanently enables the additional brand tools (CSV export, outreach tracker, advanced sorting and bulk inquiry) with no further payment
• Once contact information is revealed, it remains visible to that brand permanently at no additional cost
• Re-sending an inquiry to the same influencer is free

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
• Attempt to circumvent the connects system by extracting contact data through other means
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the platform's source code or infrastructure

7. Content and Profiles

You are responsible for all content you submit to CollabVue, including profile information, portfolio links, and messages. By submitting content, you grant CollabVue a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content. CollabVue may remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

8. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by PayU. Every purchase is one-time; there are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Connect packs, Featured placement and profile views access are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CollabVue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that collaborations arranged through the platform will be successful, that influencer metrics are accurate, or that the platform will be available without interruption. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to CollabVue in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused listing time or connects.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CollabVue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of CollabVue after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
